About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end software engineering efforts through delegation, review, and delivery of results
  • Lead medium-complexity features from technical design through completion
  • Execute the software engineering roadmap and contribute to engineering and technology strategy
  • Code, debug, test, and troubleshoot moderately to highly complex projects

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience required
  • 5+ years of relevant IT experience
  • Experience designing, developing, and supporting Microsoft Power Platform solutions, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse
  • Experience developing and supporting enterprise integrations using REST APIs, custom connectors, Azure services, Microsoft integration technologies, and modern application integration patterns
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, .NET, JSON, PCF controls, custom APIs, and Dataverse plug-ins
  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and modern software delivery practices
  • Knowledge of application lifecycle management, source control, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and DevSecOps principles
  • Strong understanding of Power Platform security, authentication, authorization, and secure application development
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving application, integration, performance, scalability, and operational issues in enterprise environments
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400) and/or Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204) certifications highly desirable
  • Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience; 5+ years of relevant experience
