About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Translate business requirements into the development, implementation, and enhancement of IT systems
- Identify and evaluate IT capabilities and recommend system solutions or enhancements
- Develop and execute technology-solution quality assurance processes
- Coordinate incident management with internal and external parties
- Support cloud strategy design, planning, integration, automation, maintenance, and support
- Evaluate public and private cloud systems and deliver appropriate solutions
- Perform infrastructure maintenance, performance testing, troubleshooting, configuration, and backup/recovery activities
- Analyze infrastructure performance data and document solutions
- Support industrial control systems including HMIs and PLCs
- Design, develop, test, and deploy enterprise software solutions
- Participate in code reviews and document technical requirements and designs
- Perform manual and automated QA testing, create and execute test scripts, and report bugs
- Support data extraction, ingestion, transformation, cleansing, normalization, pipeline development, and data security
- Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to communicate progress and troubleshoot issues
Requirements
What you’ll need- Desired majors include Information Systems/MIS/CIS, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer and Software Engineering Technology, Computer Engineering, and other IT-related disciplines
- Strong academic performance
- Must be authorized to work in the US on a full-time indefinite basis without employment visa sponsorship now or in the future
- Must remain concurrently enrolled in a degree-seeking program throughout the experience
- Military experience is a plus
