About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supports and coordinates the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the VCO standards management framework
- Administers and continuously improves the VCO controlled-document repository
- Designs, develops, and maintains the VCO SharePoint standards and governance environment
- Partners with process owners, governance teams, and other stakeholders
- Develops and maintains standards performance metrics, repository analytics, exception tracking, and governance reporting
- Develops and implements AI-enabled tools, prompts, templates, and workflow solutions
- Develops and implements improvements to how users discover, access, understand, and apply approved standards
- Serves as a subject matter resource for standards governance and knowledge management practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Management, Technical Writing, Communications, or Supply Chain Management required
- Five (5) years of experience in standards management, document governance, enterprise content management, knowledge management, process governance, or related discipline required
- Experience applying SharePoint, technical writing, workflow automation, or information architecture within a controlled-document environment is preferred
