About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Leads the development and management of engineering programs and strategic initiatives.
  • Provides technical and project leadership by collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Monitors evolving industry trends, technologies, and regulations for continuous improvement.
  • Contributes to the organization's strategy to meet regulatory compliance and requirements.
  • Partners with Environmental and Sustainability teams to plan and implement emission reduction initiatives.
  • Collaborates with stakeholders to evaluate project viability, constraints, and solutions.
  • Demonstrates experience in project engineering or project management.
  • Develops and maintains automated visual reports in Power BI for Engineering & Tech Services.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering required.
  • Six (6) years or more related experience required.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • 2 years' experience with Natural Gas Facilities preferred.
  • Previous experience with project management and cost estimating preferred.
  • Previous experience with Power BI and Power Automate preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of individuals/employees.
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 tools at an advanced proficiency preferred.
