Key responsibilities & impact
  • Supervise the maintenance team for DBSG assets.
  • Responsible for strategic planning, employee development, and project objectives.
  • Ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations of the business.
  • Create and maintain a culture of compliant operations.
  • Develop and sustain a culture of high performance and accountability.
  • Prepare weekly maintenance schedules, communicate daily assignments, and oversee completion.
  • Work closely with Reliability for effective maintenance programs.

  • Assist with budget development and adherence.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Leadership experience preferred.
  • Three (3) years maintenance experience required.
  • Oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
