About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist project teams in development of project and cost control documentation including schedules and project execution plans.
  • Responsible for coordinating with project teams to develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBSs) and cost baselines.
  • Ensure project is included in approved capital budget or identify available funds.
  • Recognize and alert Project Managers on cost issues and assist with revisions.
  • Ensure costs are allocated correctly to project cost codes and assets.
  • Work with Project Managers to accurately forecast project costs on a monthly basis.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma required.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Three (3) years of related experience required.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
