About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead daily team operations, providing guidance, mentorship, and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement while managing talent lifecycle (recruitment, development, performance, retention).
Plan and deliver low- to medium-complexity IT projects, ensuring alignment to timelines, budget, quality standards, and system reliability, security, and availability.
Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and contracts to ensure cost-effective delivery of high-quality processes and solutions.
Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into optimized processes and effective technical solutions.
Align product roadmaps and technology initiatives with business strategy, driving process standardization and continuous improvement using ITIL best practices, KPIs, automation, and data-driven insights to enhance efficiency and user experience.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or other computer-related degree required.
ITIL Foundation Certification preferred
Ten (10) or more years of diversified IT experience required.
Three (3) or more years of direct or indirect leadership experience required.
Experience with Operational Technology (OT) infrastructure preferred.
Experience with Portfolio and Product management, particularly in an Agile or Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment preferred.
