Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the Maintenance Teams for DBSG assets.
Responsible for strategic planning, employee development, and completing project objectives.
Develop and sustain a culture of high performance and accountability.
Lead multiple geographically dispersed teams in identifying, planning, scheduling, and performing maintenance.
Oversee process for all maintenance crew activities.
Collaborate with Supply Chain and Supervisors for materials, supplies, and outside services.
Drive culture of production-centered operations.
Maintain proactive customer relationships.
Establish clear expectations for organizational behavior and manage performance through coaching and feedback.
Develop and manage the financial budget for assigned area.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Seven (7) years general maintenance experience required.
Three (3) years leadership experience.
Three (3) years oil and gas industry experience required; midstream preferred.
Relevant craft experience and licensure preferred.
Valid Driver's License Required.
Travel Required: 25%.
