Key responsibilities & impact

Leads improvement recommendations and presents effectively to senior and executive management
Communicates with senior leaders for understanding and execution of cross-functional complex processes
Provides recommendations for appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements
Partners with business teams to develop ways to investigate business performance
Leads cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses for proposed systems
Serves as a resource to colleagues and mentors
Leads the development, execution, and creation of cross-functional testing strategy
Leads the planning, conducting, and documenting of user stories, and user feedback

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, related field or equivalent experience
5+ years of relevant experience
Demonstrated experience supporting and managing SOX-in-scope applications
Background in marine logistics or systems like Veson IMOS, Mainstay dock scheduling, or Navarik Inspection is preferred
