Leads the evolution of Marathon Petroleum’s digital twin and industrial AI capabilities
Drives product strategy, adoption, and value outcomes in a complex, multi-partner ecosystem
Identifies, collects, and evaluates new technology ideas and enhancements
Manages product lifecycles, including definition, design, planning, and testing
Applies design thinking techniques to define product features
Responsible for continuous delivery of value to the customer
Leads the development of product roadmaps and aligns them with business objectives
Collaborates closely with Agile teams and senior cross-functional leaders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
Product Owner certification required
Product Management certification preferred
7+ years of relevant product owner experience required
5+ years leading large-scale digital platform delivery or complex IT/business transformation programs
3+ years of industrial, manufacturing, energy, or asset-intensive operations experience preferred
Experience owning or leading digital platforms or data-driven products
Experience introducing and scaling new platforms or products preferred
