About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, including Customer Master Data, billing, and payment processing
Collaborate to establish, monitor, and achieve annual goals, KPIs, and performance metrics
Lead, develop, and coach employees
Oversee the customer billing process, including invoice creation and distribution
Monitor and resolve sales transaction exceptions
Ensure timely and accurate application of customer payments
Manage the customer master data process

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
Six (6) years of Accounting experience required
RightAngle, Salesforce or SAP experience preferred
