About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Digital Workplace by building, managing, monitoring, and governing AI-enabled platforms and automation solutions
Partner with product owners, governance teams, and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and operate AI agents, workflow automations, and AI-assisted applications
Conduct regular monitoring of infrastructure platforms and systems to identify performance issues or anomalies
Analyze collected data, establish performance baselines, and create reports to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
Collaborate with System and Solution Architects, Senior Platform Engineers, Governance Regulatory and Compliance, as well as Product Owners to implement performance tuning strategies
Monitor digital workplace platforms including Power Platform, Copilot Studio agents, and supporting services to identify performance, reliability, usage, and cost trends
Document support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps
Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues
Assist in the design & execution of disaster/system recovery and testing processes and standards
Develop and implement reporting frameworks to track and analyze platform and system performance and utilization metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience preferred
Two (2) years of relevant experience required
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio) highly preferred
Experience operating solutions in a governed, enterprise environment (intake, approval, environment strategy, ALM) highly preferred
Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, or enterprise data sources highly preferred
Low-code or no-code enterprise applications (‘vibe apps’) preferred
Hands-on experience building or managing Copilot Studio Agents, AI-assisted workflows or decision support tools and familiarity with responsible AI concepts, data protection, and security controls preferred
Travel Required: 25%; based on business need
