About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the Digital Workplace by building, managing, monitoring, and governing AI-enabled platforms and automation solutions
  • Partner with product owners, governance teams, and business stakeholders to design, deploy, and operate AI agents, workflow automations, and AI-assisted applications
  • Conduct regular monitoring of infrastructure platforms and systems to identify performance issues or anomalies
  • Analyze collected data, establish performance baselines, and create reports to identify trends and potential areas of improvement
  • Collaborate with System and Solution Architects, Senior Platform Engineers, Governance Regulatory and Compliance, as well as Product Owners to implement performance tuning strategies
  • Monitor digital workplace platforms including Power Platform, Copilot Studio agents, and supporting services to identify performance, reliability, usage, and cost trends
  • Document support requests, resolutions, and troubleshooting steps
  • Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues
  • Assist in the design & execution of disaster/system recovery and testing processes and standards
  • Develop and implement reporting frameworks to track and analyze platform and system performance and utilization metrics

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • Two (2) years of relevant experience required
  • Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Copilot Studio) highly preferred
  • Experience operating solutions in a governed, enterprise environment (intake, approval, environment strategy, ALM) highly preferred
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with Microsoft 365, Azure services, or enterprise data sources highly preferred
  • Low-code or no-code enterprise applications (‘vibe apps’) preferred
  • Hands-on experience building or managing Copilot Studio Agents, AI-assisted workflows or decision support tools and familiarity with responsible AI concepts, data protection, and security controls preferred
  • Travel Required: 25%; based on business need
