About the role
- Support the active maintenance, optimization and further development of our Quality Management System (QMS).
- Work closely with product management and process engineering to ensure quality standards from the initial concept through to production readiness.
- Analyze existing processes and develop proactive measures for error prevention and continuous improvement (CIP).
- Prepare internal and external audits, accompany audits, and produce regular reporting of quality metrics for the Quality Management Representative.
Requirements
- Completed technical training, ideally with further qualification as a state-certified technician
- Relevant professional experience in quality assurance within a manufacturing company
- Solid knowledge of common QMS standards such as ISO 9001
- Analytical thinking and a structured approach
- Strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
- Business-fluent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
