About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work directly with clients to understand their challenges
- Develop and deploy integrations with ERPs and third-party systems (NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, HubSpot, Shopify...)
- Implement AI agents and adapt them to each client's specific workflows
- Contribute to the evolution of the core platform: new features, performance, and architecture
- Write and test agent prompts/instructions — prompt engineering is part of the role
- Participate in technical decisions in direct collaboration with the co-founders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Backend development experience with Go and/or Python
- Agent-based or LLM projects — in production, as POCs, or as side projects
- Design and integration of complex APIs
- Some front-end knowledge (JavaScript, Web Components) — a plus, not required
- Autonomy, proactivity, curiosity, and initiative
