About the role
- Inside sales of software to clients in the engineering and architecture sectors;
- Customer service and support;
- Prospecting and developing business opportunities;
- Preparation of sales proposals;
- Follow-up on sales processes;
- Scheduling and conducting on-site visits;
- Pre-sales and post-sales support for software;
- Handling inbound sales inquiries;
- Providing assistance to the team.
Requirements
- Proficiency with computers and technologies, including Microsoft Office;
- Experience in corporate sales/customer service is a plus;
- Must reside in Goiânia (GO), Brazil.
