About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Assist in producing internal and external promotional materials for marketing campaigns (traditional and digital media)
Conduct research to develop promotional materials
Develop web video segments and other content projects
Oversee production follow-up (print and digital) by coordinating with internal team members, vendors, and agencies
Manage and moderate Instagram and Facebook pages, and maintain the editorial calendar
Write and translate content
Create visual content
Contribute to strategic planning and event promotion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Student in communications, marketing, advertising, or social media management
Passionate about the mental health cause
Strong writing skills, ability to synthesize and analyze, and creativity
Bilingualism: French (Advanced) and English (Basic)
Self-starter, proactive, and creative
Organized, committed, and energetic
Interpersonal skills and networking abilities
Familiarity with Google Suite: Drive, Docs, Sheets, Gmail, etc. (an asset)
Knowledge of platforms such as Asana, Google Analytics, Wix, and Canva (an asset)
