Identify and manage HoReCa outlets, events, and high-traffic locations to support B2C activities, including contract management.
Negotiate deals with stakeholders, build relationships, and develop strategies to maximize business opportunities and ensure KPIs are achieved.
Monitor and report on sales performance and KPIs.
Plan and implement area branding and activation activities in collaboration with BTL agencies, ensuring compliance with brand standards.
Explore and manage alternative sales channels, supporting the process from wholesalers to outlets, monitoring performance, and implementing corrective actions.
Assist in managing BTL agency personnel and track day-to-day sales performance.
Implement Mystery Shopper programs and evaluate performance.
Requirements
Sales experience with a proven track record in deal-making and business development.
An established network of outlets will be considered as a plus.
A natural ‘hunter’ with hunger to build and create a portfolio from the ground up.
