About the role

  • Independently plan, manage and execute IT projects to improve and optimize business processes
  • Develop and implement concepts for process mapping in close collaboration with external SAP consultants
  • Analyze and integrate innovative technologies and peripheral systems across the company, such as ELO or other ERP extensions
  • Support and advise business units on the implementation and further development of SAP and non‑SAP solutions
  • Ensure adherence to project objectives, budgets and timelines
  • Monitor and optimize interfaces between SAP ERP and other IT systems
  • Promote knowledge transfer and provide training for key users and staff

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in the SAP environment, ideally with SAP S/4HANA
  • Initial leadership experience
  • Experience in project management; certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent are a plus
  • Strong knowledge of SAP ERP modules and their integration with other business areas
  • Structured, solution‑oriented working style with the ability to work independently and in a team
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, and assertiveness
  • Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
