Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or call center environment.
- Post-secondary education.
- Strong communication and active listening skills.
- Excellent multitasking and time management abilities.
- Tech-savvy; comfortable using a variety of customer service software and systems.
- Able to work independently and within a team environment.
