About the role

  • You coordinate specialist planners, project planners and external engineering firms in the field of electrical engineering
  • You review technical designs, drawings and calculations for battery storage plants (100 MW+) and approve them
  • You oversee construction execution and on-site commissioning, analyze root causes of faults and implement optimizations
  • You monitor project progress, quality and costs and ensure compliance with budgets and schedules
  • You work closely with internal teams, authorities, grid operators and independent experts
  • You ensure that technical standards, norms and regulatory requirements are consistently met

Requirements

  • You hold a degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Process Engineering or a comparable qualification
  • You have several years of experience in planning and executing projects in energy infrastructure, battery storage or plant engineering
  • You possess solid knowledge of contract and claims/change-order management (VOB/B, HOAI)
  • You are well-versed in grid connection processes and relevant standards (e.g., VDE-AR-N 4110/4120/4130)
  • You are flexible, willing to travel and enjoy working on dynamic projects
  • You communicate confidently in German and English
