About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Teach online undergraduate and/or graduate business courses.
Create an engaging, student-centered learning environment.
Deliver high-quality instruction and provide timely communication and feedback.
Assess student learning through assignments, projects, case studies, and other learning activities.
Develop and maintain course materials and syllabi aligned with program outcomes.
Support student success through virtual office hours and regular interaction.

Requirements

What you’ll need

For Undergraduate Business Courses: Master's degree or higher in a business-related field from an accredited institution.
For MBA (Graduate-Level) Courses: Doctorate in Business Administration or a closely related field preferred.
Candidates with a master's degree will be considered if they possess qualifications consistent with graduate faculty standards, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline being taught and/or significant professional experience and relevant industry credentials.
Previous online teaching experience preferred.
Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
