About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Teach online undergraduate and/or graduate business courses.
- Create an engaging, student-centered learning environment.
- Deliver high-quality instruction and provide timely communication and feedback.
- Assess student learning through assignments, projects, case studies, and other learning activities.
- Develop and maintain course materials and syllabi aligned with program outcomes.
- Support student success through virtual office hours and regular interaction.
- Collaborate with academic leadership and fellow faculty to support continuous program improvement.
- Maintain compliance with university policies, accreditation standards, and faculty expectations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- For Undergraduate Business Courses: Master's degree or higher in a business-related field from an accredited institution.
- For MBA (Graduate-Level) Courses: Doctorate in Business Administration or a closely related field preferred.
- Candidates with a master's degree will be considered if they possess qualifications consistent with graduate faculty standards, including at least 18 graduate credit hours in the discipline being taught and/or significant professional experience and relevant industry credentials.
- Previous online teaching experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and technology skills.
