Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, or energy efficiency
Preparation of comprehensive tender documents
Ensuring efficient, quality-focused project delivery
Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
Monitoring scope of services regarding contract volume, quality, schedules and costs, and handling change order management
Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
Responsible point of contact until successful project completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
3 years of professional experience as a site manager
Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
Confident knowledge of regulations such as VOB
IT tools (e.g., cost management software iTWO)
