About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, or energy efficiency
- Preparation of comprehensive tender documents
- Ensuring efficient, quality-focused project delivery
- Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
- Monitoring scope of services regarding contract volume, quality, schedules and costs, and handling change order management
- Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
- Responsible point of contact until successful project completion
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience as a site manager
- Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Confident knowledge of regulations such as VOB
- IT tools (e.g., cost management software iTWO)
