About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsibility for conceptual, approval, execution and detailed planning.
Preparation of tender documents and awarding of architectural and engineering services, including their coordination and management.
Delivery of planning services in compliance with budget, quality and deadlines according to HOAI (LPH 1–5) in the areas of new build, conversion, extensions, refurbishment and modernization.
Feasibility studies, including preliminary cost estimates and scheduling.
Safeguarding the interests of the client / client representation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture.
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial or commercial construction.
Knowledge of construction technical standards and regulations.
Solid skills in MS Office; ideally experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Suite and Revit.
Good German and English language skills.
Strong team and communication skills and a conscientious working style.
