About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and overseeing the implementation of engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, or energy efficiency
Preparation of comprehensive tender documents
Ensuring efficient, quality-oriented project delivery
Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
Monitoring scope of work with respect to contract volume, quality, schedule and costs, and handling change order management
Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
Acting as the responsible point of contact until successful project completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
3 years' professional experience as a construction/site manager
Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is a plus
Confident knowledge of regulations such as VOB and IT tools (cost-estimating/tendering software iTWO)
Understanding of water engineering and energy-efficient structures
