About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment or energy efficiency
Preparation of detailed tender documentation
Ensuring efficient, quality-oriented project delivery
Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
Monitoring the scope of services with regard to contract volume, quality, schedules and costs, and handling change order management
Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
Acting as the responsible contact person until successful project completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree in civil engineering or a related field
3 years of professional experience as a construction/site manager
Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
Confident knowledge of regulations such as the VOB and proficiency with IT tools (quantity surveying/costing software iTWO)
