About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, or energy efficiency
Preparation of detailed tender documents
Ensuring efficient, quality-oriented project implementation
Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
Monitoring scope of work with respect to contract volume, quality, schedule, and costs, as well as handling change order management
Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
Acting as the responsible point of contact until successful project completion

Requirements

What you’ll need

Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a related field
3 years of professional experience as a site/construction manager
Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
Confident handling of regulations such as VOB and IT tools (AVA software iTWO)
Understanding of the requirements for water management and energy-efficient structures
Committed and self-directed working style
