Responsible for design, approval, construction (execution) and detailed planning.
Tendering and awarding of architectural and engineering services, as well as their coordination and management.
Delivery of planning services that meet budget, quality and schedule requirements in accordance with HOAI (LPH 1–5) for new construction, conversion, extensions, renovation and modernization.
Feasibility studies, including preliminary cost and schedule estimates.
Safeguarding the interests of the client/client representative.

Requirements

Degree in Architecture.
At least 3–5 years of professional experience in industrial or commercial construction.
Knowledge of construction-related standards and regulations.
Solid MS Office skills; ideally experience with AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and Revit.
Good German and English language skills.
Strong team and communication skills and a conscientious working style.
