About the role
- Planning and overseeing the implementation of civil engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment, or energy efficiency
- Preparation of comprehensive tender documents
- Ensuring efficient, quality-oriented project delivery
- Coordinating project progress and managing on-site construction execution
- Controlling the scope of services with respect to contract volume, quality, schedules, and costs, as well as handling change order management
- Liaising with clients and resolving technical issues with specialist planners
- Acting as the responsible contact person until successful project completion
Requirements
- Degree in civil engineering or a related field
- 3 years of professional experience as a construction/site manager
- Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Proficient in regulations such as VOB and in IT tools (quantity surveying/contract management software iTWO)
