💰 €70,000 - €85,000 per year
About the role
- Planning and overseeing the implementation of engineering structures in the areas of wastewater treatment, drinking water treatment or energy efficiency
- Preparation of detailed tender documentation
- Ensuring efficient, quality-focused project delivery
- Coordination of project progress and supervision of on-site construction activities
- Monitoring scope of services regarding contract volume, quality, schedules and costs, including management of change orders
- Coordination with clients and technical clarification with specialist planners
- Responsible point of contact through to successful project completion
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in civil engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager/site manager
- Experience with complex technical construction projects or infrastructure projects is an advantage
- Confident knowledge of regulations such as VOB and IT tools (AVA software iTWO)
- Understanding of the requirements for water management and energy-efficient structures
