About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Gathering client requirements as well as designing and optimizing processes
Supporting clients' SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management
Implementing new functional and legal requirements through appropriate system configuration (customizing)
Advising and supporting business units in process optimization of the SAP HCM system landscape
Ensuring cost-effective project delivery (particularly year-end activities)
Supporting clients in ongoing operations as part of 2nd level support

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in (business) computer science, business administration, or an equivalent qualification
Several years of consulting and/or project experience in designing and implementing SAP HCM solutions with a focus on payroll and time management
Quick comprehension, team-oriented, reliable and flexible
Independent working style and initiative, confident appearance and strong communication skills
Fluent German language skills
