About the role
- Support the network team of our partner in the sustainable operation of the group-wide network infrastructure (WAN – SD-WAN, LAN, WiFi)
- Independently plan, execute and monitor system updates (updates, upgrades, changes)
- Troubleshoot incidents, involving and coordinating external service providers when necessary
- Update documentation, guides and operating manuals across multiple sites
- Perform, assist with, or coordinate required cabling activities
- Provide technical consultation to the business departments
Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or a comparable vocational qualification in the IT field
- Relevant professional experience in network engineering and security
- Willingness to travel
- Strong communication skills
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Strong results and customer orientation
