About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with our sales team to prepare and present solutions to clients
- Prepare demos, assist with proposals and requirements analysis
- Interact with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs
- Prepare solution materials, conduct product showcases, and run proof of concepts
- Work with ecosystem partners to advise customers on implementation strategies
- Collaborate with delivery teams and coordinate with product management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience working in the banking or FinTech industry and deep knowledge of consumer or business lending, deposits products, payments and related operations
- Previous experience in a pre-sales / solutions engineering role in a SaaS offering.
- Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures such as: Requests for Information (RFI) and RFPs
- A consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer needs
- Customer facing experience and ability to influence Executive Level audiences
