About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Work with our sales team to prepare and present solutions to clients
Prepare demos, assist with proposals and requirements analysis
Interact with clients to understand their strategic and operational needs
Prepare solution materials, conduct product showcases, and run proof of concepts
Work with ecosystem partners to advise customers on implementation strategies
Collaborate with delivery teams and coordinate with product management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience working in the banking or FinTech industry and deep knowledge of consumer or business lending, deposits products, payments and related operations
Previous experience in a pre-sales / solutions engineering role in a SaaS offering.
Experience in responding to formal proposal procedures such as: Requests for Information (RFI) and RFPs
A consultative mindset of listening, understanding and anticipating customer needs
Customer facing experience and ability to influence Executive Level audiences
