About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and support of Workday Extend applications for multiple clients.
  • Gather customer requirements, develop scalable solutions, and troubleshoot complex integration challenges.
  • Provide new solutions through the modification and implementation of existing software tools.
  • Develop and maintain complex Workday reports including custom advanced reports and configure Workday business process steps.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline and automate data delivery.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with Workday integration development including Studio, EIBs and Core Connectors is required.
  • Proficiency in programming language such as Java is required.
  • Working knowledge of XSLT, SOAP, and REST calls is required.
  • Experience working with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
  • Experience with one or more workflow languages (CWL, WDL, Nextflow) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Workday administrative functions including tenant configuration, data governance, security, maintenance and system development life-cycle is a plus.
  • Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve exceptional results.
  • Strong coaching and mentoring abilities to foster professional growth and development.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with passionate stakeholders and users.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems or related field.
