About the role
- Identify and engage new clients while nurturing existing relationships
- Guide customers through the kitchen and bath design process, providing expert recommendations
- Manage projects from initial consultation to final installation, ensuring high-quality execution and customer satisfaction
- Conduct on-site measurements and collaborate with clients to create functional, aesthetically pleasing designs
- Maintain a strong working knowledge of cabinetry products, trends, and industry best practices
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing concerns promptly and professionally
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in kitchen and bath sales/design with an established book of business, including contractors, builders and remodelers
- Proven ability to generate and manage your own sales pipeline
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple projects
- Passion for providing exceptional customer service
- Familiarity with 2020 Design software (preferred)
- Experience in cabinetry and interior design (preferred)
