About the role

  • You work with a variety of systems such as Windows Consumer Edition, Windows Server and Linux
  • You will learn the fundamentals and finer points of networking, manage monitoring solutions and implement backup concepts
  • You will gain in-depth knowledge of our PLM software and take an active role in customer support
  • You will support our customers with technical questions, help resolve issues and proactively work to prevent disruptions
  • Through direct customer contact you will develop a deep understanding of individual requirements and become part of a team that places great value on service

Requirements

  • You already hold the Fachhochschulreife (advanced technical college entrance qualification) or the Abitur (general university entrance qualification), or you are about to complete your studies
  • You have a strong interest in getting to know IT systems, diving into technical contexts and truly understanding them so you can competently support customers
  • Your strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people make you a valuable asset to any team
  • Commitment, the ability to work independently and teamwork come naturally to you
