About the role

  • Responsible for the delivery of complex PLM projects based on Siemens PLM solutions
  • Analyze and optimize existing processes together with our clients
  • Develop innovative solution approaches
  • Act as the central interface between our clients and the consulting team; ensure project goals are clearly defined and achieved
  • Coordinate all tasks, schedules, budgets and resources
  • Lead and motivate the project team and promote the individual strengths of team members

Requirements

  • Degree in business administration or engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Solid experience in implementing PLM solutions
  • Thorough knowledge of project management and confident application of methods
  • Strong communication skills; confidently moderate discussions with clients and assume project responsibility at all times
  • Independent and team-oriented working style, high initiative and resilience
  • Willingness to travel as required by project work
