About the role

  • You will work with a variety of systems such as Windows Consumer Edition, Windows Server and Linux
  • You will learn the fundamentals and finer points of networking, manage monitoring solutions and implement backup concepts
  • You will gain in-depth knowledge of our PLM software and take an active role in customer support
  • You will assist our customers with technical questions, help resolve issues and work proactively to prevent disruptions
  • Through direct customer contact you will develop a deep understanding of individual requirements and become part of a team that prioritizes excellent service.

Requirements

  • You have completed or are about to complete a technical secondary school diploma (Fachhochschulreife) or the Abitur
  • You have a strong interest in learning about IT systems, getting to grips with technical contexts and understanding them thoroughly so you can support customers competently
  • Your strong communication skills and enthusiasm for working with people make you a valuable addition to any team
  • Commitment, the ability to work independently and teamwork are a matter of course for you.
