About the role

  • You take responsibility for internal ERP projects – from concept to successful rollout
  • You motivate colleagues to actively contribute and ensure projects progress alongside day-to-day operations
  • You manage projects from the end-user perspective and work closely with our internal ERP Business Unit
  • You expand our internal standards for requirements management, release management, and training concepts
  • You support the integration of new M&A acquisitions and coordinate interfaces to CRM, ticketing, and other systems
  • You understand processes, systems, and people as a whole – and align them accordingly

Requirements

  • You have experience in project management – ideally in an ERP environment – and confidently manage projects across departments and countries
  • As an ERP consultant or through your project experience, you can realistically assess requirements and solution approaches
  • You not only understand business processes but can also map them in the ERP system
  • Communication, facilitation, and empathy are among your greatest strengths – you bring people together and keep projects moving
  • You work in a structured, solution-oriented way and remain focused even in complex situations
  • And: You are eager to actively shape internal processes and willing to travel between our locations occasionally.
