About the role

  • Expand and anchor process management: You strategically develop our process management, establish a sustainable process landscape, and provide subject-matter leadership for a small team of process managers
  • Optimize and digitalize: You analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop smart, digital solutions to increase efficiency
  • Design new processes: You create robust, agile process structures with a focus on quality, productivity, and user experience
  • Enable collaboration: You facilitate and coordinate cross-functional collaboration and ensure smooth integration of new processes
  • Make processes transparent: You document, model, and monitor process flows, establish standards, and provide orientation
  • Use data and measure effectiveness: You define and collect KPIs across the process landscape, analyze data, identify weaknesses, and derive targeted optimization measures
  • Share knowledge: You lead workshops and training, mobilize teams, and inspire commitment to excellent process management

Requirements

  • A degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of experience in process management, ideally with a focus on optimization, digitalization, and automation
  • Experience working with KPIs
  • Experience in subject-matter leadership and motivating a small team of process managers
  • Experience supporting digital transformation projects and actively shaping change
  • Analytical thinking, a deep understanding of operational processes and process landscapes, and confident handling of process modeling (especially BPMN 2.0)
  • Ability to facilitate teams effectively and a structured, proactive, solution-oriented working style
