About the role
- Play a key role in shaping in‑house recruiting
- Advise specialists and managers at every stage of the recruiting process
- Create a compelling candidate experience
- Manage job boards and external recruitment agencies, and handle contract and salary negotiations
- Collect and analyze recruiting KPIs
- Support projects to strengthen our employer brand
- Accompany new employees and support departments during onboarding
Requirements
- Experience in end‑to‑end recruiting — from the first candidate contact to successful hiring — ideally in IT or technology‑driven companies
- Confident presence, decisiveness, and enthusiasm for proactively driving processes
- Strong communication skills, empathy, and a good sense for people and talent
- Solid understanding of modern in‑house recruiting structures and a desire to further develop them
- A degree or comparable qualification in HR, Business Administration, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or a related field
