About the role

  • You lead our HR Operations team, further develop competencies and play a key role in shaping the organizational and procedural ways of working in HR
  • You shape our HR processes from onboarding to offboarding and, together with your team, ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
  • As the central point of contact, you support managers and employees on all HR-related matters
  • You coordinate collaboration between HR, Finance, IT, external service providers and the works council
  • Ensuring compliance with legal requirements is your responsibility
  • You set standards, drive improvements and ensure that optimizations are consistently implemented

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in an HR operations environment
  • Worked independently in roles such as HR Specialist/HR Generalist or HR Business Partner
  • Initial experience in functional or disciplinary leadership — or readiness to take the next step into a team leadership role
  • Familiarity with employment law, payroll tax and social security regulations
  • Strong IT and process affinity
  • Service-oriented and reliable manner
  • Ability to work in a structured way, think proactively and find pragmatic solutions — even when tasks are complex or time-critical
