About the role
- Leadership on equal terms: You manage a motivated sales team, develop talent and create an environment where success and collaboration go hand in hand

- You work closely with other departments, such as Consulting and Presales.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in selling complex software solutions, ideally in the PLM and CAX domain
- Modern and motivating leadership style
- Strategic and analytical thinking
- Degree in business or engineering, or completed vocational training with relevant further education
