About the role
- Collaborative leadership – lead a motivated sales team and develop talent
- Develop forward-looking sales strategies for PLM products
- Identify new business opportunities and report to Sales Management
- Create tailored solutions for customers and maintain partnerships
- Work closely with other departments such as Consulting and Presales
Requirements
- Several years of experience selling complex software solutions, ideally in PLM and CAX
- Modern and motivating leadership style – proven experience in leading and developing teams
- Strategic and analytical thinking to identify customer challenges
- Degree in business or engineering, or completed vocational training with relevant further education
