About the role

  • Customer development as an equal partner: You manage and grow our existing customers as a trusted point of contact, contribute to new customer acquisition with your sales expertise, and build lasting relationships.
  • Trend radar: You don’t just identify potential — you actively leverage it to design tailored strategies and solutions using PTC products.
  • Trusted advisor: By working closely with Inside Sales and other internal experts, you ensure that every project delivers maximum value for the customer.
  • Your territory, your customers: As part of the territory sales strategy, you manage your own customers in Northern Germany and act as MAIT’s on-site contact for long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience selling complex software solutions, ideally from the PTC ecosystem or in the PLM/CAD space.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker: you recognize and understand customers’ challenges and can communicate complex topics convincingly.
  • Willingness to be on-site and travel frequently — whether at customer sites, working remotely, or at our offices with your team.
  • A completed degree in business or engineering, or vocational training with relevant further education, completes your profile.
