About the role
- Handling all administrative HR processes from A (employment contract) to Z (reference)
- Maintaining, managing and updating employee master data
- Preparation of and support with payroll (wages and salaries)
- Ensuring compliance with legal and internal company regulations
- Working with electronic time tracking systems
- Supporting the HR department with daily operational tasks
Requirements
- Completed commercial vocational training (business administration) or equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in HR administration and payroll processing
- Good knowledge of social security, tax and employment law
- Structured, meticulous and efficient working style
- Fluent German, both spoken and written
- Enthusiasm for a responsible role in the HR area
