Requirements
- 8-10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3-4 years doing work in power generation projects for C&I customers.
- Technical background. Experience with power systems, DERs, or distributed generation a plus.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and translating complex industry needs into clear requirements or solution architectures that are taken to market both directly and through partners.
- Experience contributing to proposals, industry-facing content, or reference solution development. MBA a plus.
- Strong communication skills and ability to form relationships with a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders
- Analysis, reasoning, and organizational skills to function well in a fast-paced startup environment
