Key responsibilities & impact

Development of the procurement strategy: develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy for the planning and construction of data centers
Align procurement activities with corporate objectives and project schedules
Further develop sustainable and cost-efficient procurement approaches
Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers
Manage the supplier selection process
Negotiate favorable contractual terms
Monitor supplier performance
Prepare, negotiate and manage procurement contracts
Plan and monitor the procurement budget
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure tailored procurement solutions
Monitor trends, innovations and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
Continue to develop procurement processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
At least 10 years of experience in procurement, ideally within construction or data center environments
Proven experience managing complex procurement processes, including contract negotiations and supplier management
Solid knowledge of procurement strategies, supply chain risk management, and supplier relationship management
Experience in budget management and implementing cost-saving measures
Excellent communication skills and experience working with diverse stakeholders
Proficient in procurement software and tools
Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, international environment
