About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the strategic leadership and operational performance across multiple data center sites
Ensure continuous availability and reliability of critical infrastructure systems
Lead and develop Data Center Operations Managers, Facility Engineers, and support staff
Overall responsibility for incident response processes during critical events
Oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs
Support audits, sales opportunities, reporting, and SLA management
Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, ISO 22301, SOC standards, and occupational health and safety regulations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facility Management, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
More than 10 years of experience operating business-critical facilities or data centers
At least 5 years of leadership experience in senior roles
Strong technical knowledge of electrical distribution systems, mechanical cooling technologies, and critical power systems
Experience leading 24/7 operations teams
Proven experience in incident management and operational control models
Good understanding of the development and implementation of MOPs/SOPs/EOPs
Experience managing vendors and contractors
