About the role
- Primary customer contact for assigned customers from contract signing through contract end
- Onboard new customers in close collaboration with other departments
- Act as a liaison between Sales and other departments
- Improve contract quality at existing data centers
- Work with assigned customers on renewal options
- Support incoming leads and contribute to new opportunities
- Serve as the customer point of contact during regular review meetings
- Closely monitor outstanding items for assigned customers
- Collaborate with the Service Desk (e.g., regular coordination meetings)
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Experience in the data center environment and with colocation products
- Technical understanding of colocation services (e.g., power, cooling, cabling, cabinets)
- High attention to detail and strong planning skills required
- Willingness to travel to customer meetings in Germany or the Netherlands
