About the role
- Optimization and intelligent processing of customer data for mailings
- Setup, use and further development of workflow systems (e.g., Enfocus Switch, n8n, Dialogpost Manager, Quadient Inspire)
- Programming and automation of variable customer data and workflows
- Development of new personalized mailing techniques and templates that set standards
- Close collaboration with clients and team members to implement innovative solutions
Requirements
- Interest in IT, automation & digital processes
- Logical thinking & a desire to understand and improve workflows
- Motivation to learn new things – prior experience is not required
- Independent, structured way of working
- No fear of software, data & digital systems
